Refund policy

Hello there!

If by any means you are not satisfied by the products you receive, please contact me via email with pictures and a description of what went wrong. I will be happy to work with you, whether your package arrived damaged or the personalization is incorrect, I will make it right. I only believe in creating the best quality items with immaculate images.

I will not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds on items that are personalized correctly and arrived safely. I will also not issue any refunds, exchanges or returns on original paintings unless they arrived damaged.
