Each item is carefully handmade and customized to order. Due to the personalized nature of my products, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error on my part.

Returns or replacements are only accepted if:

  The item arrives with an incorrect name, spelling, or customization detail that does not match your original order
  
• 
  The product has a defect or mistake made during production
  

If your order qualifies, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. I will gladly replace the item or correct the mistake.

Please note:

  We do not accept returns for customer ordering errors (such as typos submitted at checkout)
  
• 
  We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or preference
